Floor Plan Questions
Before You Read a Floor Plan
Carpet area is the usable floor space within your walls — what you can actually lay carpet on. Super area adds proportionate common areas like lobbies, corridors and clubhouse. In Gurgaon luxury towers, carpet is typically 60–70% of super area. RERA requires builders to quote carpet area in the agreement, and our floor plans show both — so the number you fall in love with is the number you get.
In under-construction projects, most developers allow non-structural changes — merging two bedrooms, relocating a kitchen island or converting a bedroom into a study — if requested before slab casting of your floor. Structural columns, plumbing shafts and facade lines cannot move. We coordinate customization requests directly with the builder's design cell and get written confirmation before you pay a customization deposit.
Most signature Gurgaon layouts follow core Vastu principles — north-east entrances, south-west master bedrooms and east-facing kitchens where the tower orientation allows. Compliance varies stack by stack within the same project, so tell your advisor which Vastu elements are non-negotiable for your family and we will shortlist only the compliant stacks, with a unit-level Vastu note in writing.
The furniture arrangements in these plans are scale-accurate planning layouts, not included furnishings. They exist to prove what each room realistically holds — a king bed plus walk-in wardrobe, or an 8-seat dining table with circulation space. Some ready-to-move inventory is available fully furnished by the developer's design studio; ask your advisor for the current furnished options and pricing.
